Welcome to SkyBattleSea ("the Game", at skybattlesea.com). By playing, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. Eligibility & all ages

SkyBattleSea is family-friendly and may be played by anyone as a guest (no account required). To create an account, you must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country), or have a parent or guardian's permission. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Your account

You can play as a guest or create an account (email or Google sign-in). You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure. Provide accurate information and do not impersonate others.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use bots/automation, or tamper with the Game or other players' experience.
• Do not harass, threaten, or use hateful, offensive, or illegal display names or content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our services.

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules.

4. The Game is free; virtual items

SkyBattleSea is free to play. Any in-game progression, levels, badges, or cosmetic items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and may be modified or reset as we develop the Game.

5. Intellectual property

The Game, including its code, art, sounds, name, and logo, is owned by us and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

6. Availability & changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Game at any time. We continuously develop and balance the Game, so features and statistics may change.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.

8. Termination

You may stop playing at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Game and its players.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
