Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how SkyBattleSea ("we", "us", "the Game", available at skybattlesea.com) collects, uses, and protects information when you play. By using the Game you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account information. If you sign in with email or with Google, we receive your email address and display name (and, for Google sign-in, your basic public profile such as your name). We do not receive your Google password.
• Guest identifiers. If you play as a guest, we create an anonymous account and a randomly generated nickname stored in your browser so your progress stays consistent on that device.
• Gameplay data. Scores, levels, kills, matches, in-game statistics, cosmetic choices, and leaderboard rankings tied to your account.
• Technical & analytics data. We use Google Analytics, which may collect anonymized usage data such as device/browser type, approximate region, pages viewed, and session activity to help us improve the Game.

2. How we use information

• To run the Game: accounts, sign-in, multiplayer, leaderboards, profiles, and saved cosmetics.
• To maintain fair play and prevent abuse.
• To understand usage and improve gameplay, balance, and performance.

3. Service providers we use

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting (stores your account and gameplay data).
• Google — Google Sign-In (authentication) and Google Analytics (usage analytics).

These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms.

4. Cookies & local storage

We use browser local storage and cookies to keep you signed in, remember your guest nickname and preferences, and for analytics. You can clear these through your browser at any time.

5. Data retention & deletion

We keep your account and gameplay data while your account exists. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us at the address below; we will remove it within a reasonable period.

6. Family-friendly & younger players

SkyBattleSea is family-friendly and suitable for players of all ages. You can play instantly as a guest — no account and no personal information required. Creating an account (which uses your email and display name) is intended for players aged 13 and older; younger players should use guest mode or play with a parent or guardian's permission. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent — if you believe a child has provided us such data, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Your choices

You can play as a guest without an account, sign out at any time, edit your display name, or request deletion. You can disable analytics by using your browser's privacy controls or extensions.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
